GOOSE was a startup marketing resource platform for Direct Primary Care (DPC) doctors — the renegades of healthcare. The kicker? The platform didn’t exist yet.

We helped GOOSE establish themselves as the only resource of its kind, creating stand-out branding, building their platform from the ground up and stocking it with hot-n’-ready content.

DEVELOPING THE ANGLE

Med school isn’t for marketing degrees.

The DPC business is a membership model — you pay a monthly fee and get 24/7/365 access to your primary care doc. No wait times, no copays and no insurance drama. The problem? Hardly anyone knows these clinics are out there, and doctors aren’t known for their marketing prowess. Enter: GOOSE.

By resourcing DPC clinics everywhere with marketing materials, GOOSE helps these practices band together, support each other’s success and create a national brand for the budding industry itself. That’s why we named the company GOOSE.

BRAND IDENTITY

Healthcare is boooring.

DPC doctors leave Big Healthcare so they can actually help their patients. They’re cool. They’re fun. And they’re completely anti-stuffiness.

So we built GOOSE branding that kept it clean without feeling sterile. Everything had to be vibrant, and scary marketing jargon was uninvited from the party.

We partnered with Hint, the only patient care portal made for DPC, to promote both services to target practices.
Brand Film

Get (back) a life.

In GOOSE’s brand film, we decided to ditch the animated demo and focus on impact (*ahem* having a life outside of work) rather than individual features.

This let us demonstrate the benefits of GOOSE in a human-forward way without getting bogged down by the nitty-gritty.

From naming and branding, to the design and development of the portal and all of its content – we went full, full service on this one.
PLATFORM DEVELOPMENT

Add “mind reading” to our services list.

When building the user platform, we had to get inside DPC docs’ heads and really think like the end user (AKA a regular day around here). How would they navigate the materials? What UX features would be game changers? How could we make sure they spent darn near 0% of their time actually using GOOSE?

To mirror the vision of the industry, we designed the brand, the marketing website and the platform to be simple, smart and transparent to a T. It provides streamlined access to high-value educational materials and ready-to-use marketing content for these under-resourced practice owners.

We filmed, designed, and wrote content available to subscribers in monthly packages of educational videos and ready-to-post social assets.

We trimmed the fat and armed GOOSE with exactly what their adoring fans needed to kill it at the marketing game and get back to giving their patients A-tier service.
